Chase Brexton Health Services Job Position - Baltimore, MD

Chase Brexton Health Services (CBHS), a private, non-profit community health center in Baltimore, Maryland is seeking individuals experienced in health psychology and medical settings  to join our integrative primary care treatment teams. The Health Psychologist/Behavioral Health Consultant will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary "pod" teams  to address the psychosocial issues impacting our medical patients' treatment, support self-care planning and health behaviors, and provide brief health-focused assessment and recommendations for care. We are expanding our services and moving into new offices designed to support an integrative model, and are pleased to offer several positions  at this time of growth.   Direct services may include leading interdisciplinary self-care management groups for medical patients with chronic conditions, and  there are opportunities to be involved in the training of clinical externs and interns. Licensure in the state of Maryland is preferred; however, LGSWs and doctoral level psychology associates will also be considered and provided with supervision if hired.  Experience with LGBTQ and/or  HIV populations preferred.
