Hopkins Staff Psychologist position
Johns Hopkins Hospital has an opening for a Staff Psychologist within the Pediatric Medical Psychology program. Ideal candidate will have one or both of the following skill sets: (1) strong assessment skills with a particular emphasis on children with various emotional and behavioral disorders and that also have co-occurring learning disabilities, cognitive delay, and developmental disabilities; (2) pediatric psychology, including pain management, medical non-compliance, and evidence-based treatments of behavioral, anxiety, and depressive disorders. Applicants with one or both of these backgrounds will receive strong consideration. This is primarily a clinical position; however, there will be research opportunities that are directly linked to demonstrating the clinical effectiveness and enhanced efficiency of the psychological services provided to patients see through the Pediatric Medical Psychology program. Individuals that are license-eligible are encouraged to apply with the expectation that they will have an active Maryland Psychology License prior to being hired.
