POSITION DESCRIPTION

Research Associates are key members of the Research Division, providing support and assistance on a variety of R&D projects. Responsibilities may include: project management, staff supervision, IRB proposal development, coordinating research activities, participant recruitment and retention, data collection and management, statistical analyses, assisting with grant and contract submissions, and manuscript development. These positions are full-time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university, with specialization in a field of psychology, education, implementation science, social science or equivalent discipline
• Experience in the management and implementation of applied research projects in school and community service settings
• Experience and interest in writing online learning content for technology-based interventions and/or games
• Research experience, knowledge, and interest in technology-based interventions, implementation science, or social-emotional interventions
• Experience and interest in supervising research assistants
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, detailed oriented; effective time management skills, and
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment
