Postdoctoral opportunity at the University of Delaware

Postdoctoral Position in Dissemination of an Evidence-Based Intervention for At-Risk Infants

We are recruiting for a postdoctoral position in the Infant Caregiver Project at the University of Delaware. Dr. Mary Dozier and her students and staff at the Infant Caregiver Project study an intervention for high-risk children, the Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC), assess the effectiveness of the intervention, and disseminate the intervention to national and international sites.

As the evidence-base for ABC has grown (seewww.infantcaregiverproject.com for more information), so too has interest in dissemination. We would like to interview individuals interested in joining our dissemination efforts. The position would primarily include training and supervising interventionists at other dissemination sites, as well as assessing and monitoring interventionist progress and fidelity.

If interested, please contact Dr. Caroline Roben with a current CV (croben@psych.udel.edu).
