The second position is OPEN to candidates in either clinical or experimental psychology; area of expertise is open. All applicants must have an earned doctorate in psychology from an accredited institution; clinical applicants must also meet the criteria outlined above.
All candidates must demonstrate strong potential for effective teaching in our undergraduate and graduate programs, which include a BS in Psychology, an MA in experimental psychology, and a PsyD in clinical psychology that ascribes to a practitioner-scientist model. The specified teaching load is 12-semester hours, but reassigned time for scholarship activities that provides for training of undergraduate and graduate students, including chairing master’s theses and/or doctoral dissertations is typical.
