Bilingual Psychologists for Early Childhood Mental Health Programs

New York Center for Child Development is seeking Bilingual (English/Spanish) Psychologists to join our growing mental health division which includes an early childhood mental health model demonstration project, a newly awarded federal SAMHSA Project Launch Grant as well as several other grant funded programs. Our services include relationship based dyadic therapy, screening and direct clinical services in primary care settings for young children, mental health consultation in primary care and early learning settings, and counseling services in early intervention center based and home based settings and to children in preschool special education programs.
Currently we are seeking outstanding, highly committed licensed psychologists to conduct screenings and assessments, deliver relationship based intervention to young children and their families and to provide consultation to child serving systems.
Candidates must have clinical experience with children ages birth to five and their families. Experience with parent-child psychotherapy, children exposed to trauma, and/or consultation/intervention with at-risk children in early education centers, primary care pediatric settings or other community settings preferred.

Required Qualifications:
PhD. or PsyD. from an accredited university
New York State Licensure as a Psychologist
Bilingual English/Spanish
