The CARES Institute at the Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine (RowanSOM) in Stratford, New Jersey is currently seeking a Licensed PhD, PsyD, or EdD for a full-time faculty position in clinical or counseling psychology, with experience in the field of child abuse and possessing strong clinical, leadership, training, and research skills. The ideal candidate would have interest and/or experience in one or more abuse-related areas, such as the implementation of Trauma-Focused CBT, working with parents, the treatment of child sexual behavior problems, and/or psychosocial evaluations of abuse allegations. Demonstrated skills writing grants and publishable work are also desirable. Applicants will be expected to provide supervision to trainees, contribute to training efforts, and work collaboratively with a team of dedicated medical and mental health child abuse professionals with respect to training, research, programmatic, and service delivery efforts.
