About the role
·         $67K-$89K (plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)
·         Fixed Term for 3 years
·         Full-time (35 hours per week)

A position is now available for a Post-Doctoral Research Associate to work on the “Like Father Like Son: A National Approach to Violence, Antisocial Behaviour and the Mental Health of Men and Boys” at the School of Psychology at UNSW Australia. The position is fixed-term for 3 years and funded by a Movember Foundation initiative awarded to a team of investigators led by Prof Mark Dadds. Duties include the design and implementation of research studies to address the aims of the project, conducting data analysis, and preparation of manuscripts for publication.

About you
To be successful in the role you will have a PhD in psychology or related discipline. Applicants who will be awarded their PhD by early 2015 are also encouraged to apply. You will have experience with conducting longitudinal research studies, clinical outcome, and/or randomised controlled trials. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience in child and family mental health. High-level data analysis skills and experience preparing manuscripts for publication are essential for this role.
