Psychologist Position Available

DOCTORAL LEVEL LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PSYCHOLOGY INTERNSHIP TRAINING
AND DIRECTOR OF OUTCOMES AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT

Sarah Reed Children’s Center, an innovative, private, non-profit child and adolescent mental health agency located in Erie, PA on the shores of Lake Erie, has an immediate opening for a full-time doctoral level licensed psychologist for a critical organization wide role.  This position reports to the VP of Clinical Services.

This position has 4 primary areas of responsibility:
1) Assistant Director and Faculty member of our APA accredited doctoral internship in professional psychology;
2) Director of Outcomes and Quality Improvement;
3) Staff In-service training
4) Direct Service with children, adolescents, and families

The individual in this position works closely with the clinical leadership team to support the day
to day running of the internship, and is actively involved in maintaining and supporting the internship’s accreditation with the American Psychological Association. Other activities include leadership in guiding, directing, supporting, and implementing an agency-wide outcomes and quality improvement program. The incumbent will work with staff across the agency to foster the use of QI initiatives resulting in data to support program outcomes. The incumbent must be reasonably comfortable with, and interested in organizational functioning, research, statistics, and data analysis.

The position will also include some direct service responsibilities including but not limited to psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation.

We are looking for an experienced or newly licensed psychologist who is interested in securing a position in a 143 year old agency dedicated to providing the highest level of clinical care to the most vulnerable children and families.  We are looking for a psychologist with child experience and experience with supervision that values teamwork, collaboration, dedication, and a passion to work with children, adolescents, and families.  Sarah Reed Children's Center is accredited by the Joint Commission and is also a certified Sanctuary site (trauma-informed organization).
