Postdoctoral Fellowship in Psychological Assessment & Clinical Psychology

The Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard Medical School Psychology Training Program invites applications for a one-year, full-time, Postdoctoral Fellowship in adult clinical psychology with an emphasis in psychological assessment. The fellowship is organized within the MGH Psychological Evaluation and Research Laboratory (PEaRL), a multi-faceted clinical assessment and research program serving adults with complex psychiatric and medical conditions. The fellowship focuses on advanced training in clinical psychological assessment, clinical psychology, and applied assessment research, while also offering supervised psychotherapy training and a range of didactic opportunities. Fellows gain in-depth supervised experience in all phases of psychological assessment (test administration, scoring, data integration, report writing and feedback) and interdisciplinary clinical consultation. Fellows may also acquire advanced experience in assessment research through involvement in ongoing PEaRL projects along with mentoring in writing for publication and preparing conference presentations. Fellows are expected to possess an excellent professional demeanor along with strong clinical, research, and writing skills. Individuals with advanced data analytic skills are encouraged to apply. Applicants who have graduated with a PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program are eligible to apply for this position, which begins on July 1st, 2016.
