Two 2013-2014 Clinical Internships at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia in the Integrated Behavioral Health Track

We are pleased to announce the availability of two additional positions in our Internship Program in Clinical Child Psychology, Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Both positions are in the newly created Integrated Behavioral Health Track of the internship program. This track is designed for interns wishing to pursue clinical careers in providing integrated intervention and consultation services to children, families, medical providers and school personnel within pediatric primary care and underserved communities. Approximately 50 percent of clinical training occurs within pediatric primary care. The remaining 50% of clinical training occurs within hospital based inpatient and outpatient settings.

Interested and qualified applicants from APA accredited programs should forward a cover letter and current curriculum vitae to psychologytraining@email.chop.edu Following screening, highly qualified applicants will be asked to submit their downloaded AAPI application materials and forward letters of recommendation. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in phone based interviews. We anticipate filling these positions as soon as possible for the 2013-14 training year, which begins July 8, 2013.
