tenure track positions at the Assistant Professor level in Clinical Psychology.One position will emphasize adult populations; the other, child populations. Thesuccessful applicants will clearly demonstrate the ability to: (a) foster thescientist-practitioner orientation of the clinical program, (b) maintain aproductive, ongoing program of fundable research and publication, (c) mentorstudents, (d) provide exceptional instruction, and (e) supervise practicumstudents through our in-house training clinic. For both positions, area ofspecialization is open. However, preference will be given to those who willcomplement existing strengths and developing areas in the department: (a)adult -- health psychology, general adult psychopathology, and clinicalneuropsychology; (b) child -- developmental disabilities, internalizing disorders,child maltreatment, community-based research, and rural health issues.For information on the Department of Psychology, seewww.cla.auburn.edu/psychology. The candidate selected for this position must be able tomeet eligibility requirements to work in the United States at the timeappointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the proposedterm of employment; excellent communication skills required.
