The Department of Psychology at the University of Richmond invites applications for a tenure-track position in Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, or Behavioral Genetics at the level of Assistant Professor to begin August 2014. The successful applicant is expected to commit to highly effective teaching at all levels of the curriculum and to maintain a vigorous research program that engages undergraduates in substantive research outcomes. We are especially interested in candidates whose teaching and research interests complement the department¹s strengths in aging, clinical, cognitive, neuroscience, and social psychology. A Ph.D.
is required. ABDs will be considered, but must have completed the Ph.D. degree by the start date.
Applicants will be asked to submit a curriculum vitae, statements about their teaching and research interests, and names of three references who will receive an email asking them to submit their reference letters to the University of Richmond's HR department. Review of applications will commence October 1, 2013 and continue until the position is filled.
