Faculty position in UIC's department of psychiatry

Assistant/Associate Professor or rank commensurate with experience, CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST. The Department of Psychiatry at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a licensed psychologist for an immediately available clinician-educator position, academic rank commensurate with experience.  The candidate should have active teaching and clinical interest and experience in the area of cognitive behavioral therapy and in treating mood and anxiety disorders. The primary responsibilities for this position will involve providing cognitive behavior therapy services for adults being treated in the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program, as well as teaching and supervising psychology externs, interns, post-doctoral fellows, and psychiatry residents. Opportunities to develop and participate in patient-oriented research activities, including in federally-funded projects, are also available and research collaborations are highly encouraged.  The successful candidate will join a productive multi-disciplinary team of clinicians known to work well together. Candidates must be licensed or license eligible in Illinois.
