interested in teaching research methods (including statistics), social psychology, courses related to child and human development, as well as courses in his or her specialty area. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach both in-person and online courses. Drexel works on the quarter system, and the workload involves teaching four courses per term, across Fall, Winter, Spring terms. A full-time benefit package is included.
The Department of Psychology is comprised of a full time faculty of 30 individuals, including 19 tenured/tenure-track, 9 teaching, and 2 research faculty members. The Doctoral Program has recognized nationally for its Ph.D. program by U.S. News and World report and was ranked #7 by the Chronicle of Higher Education for per capita faculty research productivity among departments with doctoral programs in clinical psychology.
