POSTDOCTORAL
FELLOW POSITION, DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHIATRY, UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT HEALTH
CENTER: CHILD ANXIETY RESEARCH LAB. Applications are being accepted for a full
time clinical research-oriented post‑doctoral position in childhood anxiety. The
position can begin as early as September 1, 2014 and can be up to three years.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in a relevant area of study, excellent oral and
written communication skills, experience in conducting/coordinating clinical
research and data analysis, experience in school settings, and training in
cognitive-behavior therapy preferred. In addition, the applicant must have the
organizational skills necessary to manage the daily operations and long-term
goals of a multi-site study implemented in numerous schools. The fellow will be
involved in all aspects of the study including (but not limited to):
recruitment, outreach, training, supervision of study staff, and data collection,
management and analysis. Opportunities for manuscript preparation, publication,
grant writing, and transition to faculty are possible. Interested applicants
