Psychologist Job Posting The Children's Hospital of Phila - ADHD Center

PSYCHOLOGIST
THE CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL OF PHILADELPHIA, CENTER FOR MANAGEMENT OF ADHD AND THE DEPARTMENT OF CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY AND BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES

The Department is seeking a psychologist who will provide patient care in the Center for Management of ADHD. The ideal candidate will have extensive training in behavior, cognitive-behavior, family therapy for ADHD and comorbid disorders; group intervention for parents and youth; diagnostic assessment of children and youth with ADHD; and school consultation. In addition, the candidate will be an expert in providing services to adolescents with ADHD in the context of an interdisciplinary practice.

The psychologist will work with children and youth between the ages of 4 and 18 years. Active participation in the clinical training of psychology interns and child psychiatry fellows is encouraged. Opportunities to engage in collaborative research through the ADHD Center are available. In addition, faculty appointment in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania is available for suitable candidates.

Applicants must be licensed or license-eligible as psychologists in Pennsylvania. Doctoral training (PhD, PsyD) in clinical child and adolescent psychology or school psychology is strongly preferred.
