RESEARCH ASSISTANT – DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY, STONY BROOK
UNIVERSITY. Full-time position available
starting in June, 2015 for a National Institute of Mental Health-funded study
of early precursors and risk factors for the development of depression and
anxiety in adolescents.
Major responsibilities will include conducting clinical
interviews and collecting psychophysiological and other biological data.
Applicants should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology or a related
field. Experience working with older children
or adolescents is highly desirable. Applicants should have excellent
interpersonal and time management skills. Applicants should expect to make a
two-year commitment.
