Seeking a highly motivated college graduate to provide support for an NIH-funded clinical trial investigating treatment for co-occurring anxiety disorders and substance use disorders under the direction of R. Kathryn McHugh, PhD. Specific responsibilities include: participant recruitment, follow-up, and assessment; maintaining and updating data generated by the study; performing literature searches; conducting statistical analysis; contributing to the writing of manuscripts and grant applications; and administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for graduating seniors looking for clinical research experience before applying to graduate school in psychology (particularly clinical and counseling programs), the social sciences, or medical school.
Tentative start date: late May to early June 2015.
