The 4KEEPS (Knowledge Exchange on Evidence-based Practice Sustainment) study is currently hiring a full-time research assistant at UCLA, under the supervision of Dr. Anna Lau.
About 4KEEPS
This is a two-site (UCLA and UCSD) NIMH-funded study of the long-term impact of a children's mental health reform in Los Angeles County. The focus is the implementation of evidence-based practices in community mental health settings. 
The 4KEEPS study aims to:
  • Assess the impact of training community therapists in research-based child psychotherapies
  • Understand community therapists’ experiences with using these treatments with diverse families
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a supplemental observational coding study of potential ethnic disparities
  • Training and management of research assistants
  •  Data maintenance including include coding, scoring, entering study data
  • General project tasks including preparing study materials, meeting minutes, attending lab meetings, literature searches, report and manuscript preparation.
