The Massachusetts Mental Health Center (MMHC), an outpatient public mental health clinic, is seeking a full-time licensed psychologist to join its Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs. Responsibilities include performing intake evaluations, treatment needs assessments, and individual and group cognitive behavioral treatment to seriously and persistently mentally ill individuals. Candidates who possess substantial knowledge of DBT and CBT, and who have experience with forensic populations will be strongly preferred. Opportunities to provide supervision of psychology interns within our APA-approved predoctoral psychology internship are available. Both the Outpatient and the Partial Hospitalization Programs are comprised of well-established multi-disciplinary teams, administratively embedded in the MA Department of Mental Health. MMHC, located in the Longwood Medical Area in Boston, has been a leader in community psychiatry for more than 100 years.
