Job Posting for Post-Doc or Early Career Psychologist, Oak Lawn, IL

The Center for Psychological Services (CPS) seeks a Post-Doctoral Fellow or Early Career Psychologist who is interested in the neuropsychological assessment and treatment of children (2.5 years +) and adolescents. CPS is a multi-specialty practice of licensed behavioral health professionals including psychologists, clinical professional counselors, board certified art and music therapists, and substance abuse specialists. Since 1999, we have been dedicated to providing a spectrum of behavioral health services for children, adolescents and adults in a comfortable setting in the Chicago suburb of Oak Lawn.

Qualifications include a PhD or PsyD specializing in the assessment and treatment children and family systems. Successful applicants will be Licensed Clinical Psychologists or Post-Doctoral Fellows (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors are preferred, but Licensed Professional Counselors will be considered). Duties will include a significant amount of psychological assessment in the Early Childhood Assessment Clinic and treating family systems/children following the evaluation process. Family systems orientation, family system assessment, and family system intervention skills within the context of strong neuropsychological assessment skills are required. Interest in Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations is required, but experience is not necessary if candidate is willing to pursue continuing education.
